Mental Health Support

At Headspace FC we are proud to support a number of mental health support groups. Our aim is to raise awareness of mental health and the support that is available, whether that is joining one of our sessions, reaching out to someone, support from a group.

Our main mental health partner

Man Time

ManTime is a Stone-based support group dedicated to creating a safe space for men facing various challenges, including depression, anxiety, and substance dependency. Our goal is to offer a supportive environment where men can share their experiences and find solace and guidance.

Every other week, Man Time hosts its face-to-face meetings at a central location in Stone, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for all. These regular gatherings offer a safe and comfortable space for members to engage in open conversations, share their experiences, and find support on issues that matter to them. It’s a time for connection, understanding, and mutual support, where every voice is heard, and every story is valued.
