Meet our incredible ambassadors below.

Chris Birchall earned 44 caps and scored 4 goals for Trinidad & Tobago, becoming a national hero after helping his country qualify for and compete in the 2006 FIFA World Cup. Across his professional club career, Chris made 305 league appearances and scored 15 goals, representing teams such as Port Vale, Coventry City, Brighton & Hove Albion, St. Mirren, Carlisle United, and LA Galaxy—where he won the MLS Cup in 2011. Chris has continued to be involved in football in many different ways and is recent one of the first former ex professional players to qualify as a referee, continuing to serve the game with passion and integrity.

Dave Hibbert is a former professional striker who made 189 league appearances and scored 44 goals, playing for clubs including Port Vale, Preston North End, Bradford City, Shrewsbury Town, and Peterborough United. Despite his career being cut short, Dave found his calling in coaching and has worked at academy level and beyond, including roles as U18 Lead Coach and U21 Manager at Stoke City. He is known for his ability to support and guide young players both on and off the pitch.

Dave Hibbert

Carl enjoyed a remarkable 20-year professional career, making over 600 appearances across English football. He represented a number of well-respected clubs, including Stoke City, Barnsley, Portsmouth, Watford, Port Vale, Notts County, and Yeovil Town. After his playing career, Carl moved in to coaching and management with taking up the Player Manager role at Hanley Town FC in March 2021, winning the Midland League Premier Division for the 2021–22 season. After leaving Hanley Town, Carl has been Assistant Manager at Hartlepool United and is currently Strength and Conditioning coach at the club.

Carl Dickinson

Martin Paterson is a former Northern Ireland international striker with 278 professional league appearances and 60 goals to his name. Known for his tireless work rate and sharp finishing, Martin played for clubs including Stoke City, Scunthorpe United, Burnley, Huddersfield Town, Bristol City, Port Vale and Orlando City. He was instrumental in Burnley's 2008–09 Championship promotion to the Premier League and earned 23 caps for Northern Ireland, scoring 3 international goals. Following his playing career, he transitioned into coaching, including becoming manager of Burton Albion and a role as Assistant Coach at Huddersfield Town.

Lee Parkinson MBE, known as Mr P, is a primary school teacher with 17 years of classroom experience who now balances teaching part-time with delivering CPD and INSET training across the UK and internationally. He specialises in helping schools raise standards through the effective use of technology while reducing teacher workload. Mr P is also co-founder of TeachMateAI.com, the UK’s leading AI platform for educators, supporting over 250,000 teachers with time-saving tools and resources.

A trusted and entertaining voice in education, Mr P has built a following of over 800,000 across social media. He regularly appears on This Morning, Lorraine, LBC, and other national media outlets to discuss education and classroom life. His award-winning Two Mr Ps in a Podcast has over 6 million listens and has completed two sold-out UK tours. His three Sunday Times bestselling books – Put a Wet Paper Towel on It, This Is Your Own Time You’re Wasting, and Surviving the School Year – capture the humour, challenges, and reality of life in the classroom.

Lee Parkinson MBE - Mr P

Shaheen Myers has over 22 years’ experience in inner-city schools and established a background in leading and supporting schools in challenging circumstances. Her exposure within the wider aspects of education has been both broad and diverse. She held headship and executive leadership roles in a large, culturally diverse Multi Academy Trust. Has trained as an Ofsted Inspector and is an experienced board member for 3 multi academy trusts. She was an experienced facilitator on the NPQ programmes and worked as a director for professional development for a large MAT. Shaheen has also mentored and coached new head teachers.

Shaheen has a wealth of experience across the sector and most recently in her role as Deputy Director for Education in a large local authority. This strategic role included all educational establishments, working with MATs and CEOs across a city on shared vision for education and outcomes. She worked closely with Department for Education, Ofsted, Elected Members, and other local authorities.

Debbie has made over 500 appearances in women’s football, representing clubs including Port Vale, Bradwell, Newcastle Town, Kidsgrove Athletic, Norton, Eccleshall, and Rover and Out.

A former firefighter and now the Commercial Manager at Tranmere Rovers, Debbie is also actively involved in a number of fantastic community initiatives

Debbie Quaile

Dan Turner is a professional footballer with over 130 league appearances and more than 30 goals across senior competitions. Starting out at Port Vale, Dan has gone on to represent clubs including Falkirk, Tamworth, Matlock Town, Hyde United, Leamington, and Brackley Town. Known for his energy, movement, and work ethic, Dan has built a solid reputation in the National League system and non-league football.

Dan Turner

Matthew Hazley is a Northern Irish former professional footballer who played primarily as a midfielder and left-back. He began his career with Glenavon before earning a move to Stoke City in 2004, where he made one first-team appearance. During his time in England, he also had a loan spell at Stafford Rangers, later joining them permanently and making a total of 21 appearances for the club. Hazley then moved to Scotland to play for Airdrie United, where he featured in 19 league matches. Returning to Northern Ireland, he played for Newry City, Crusaders, Dungannon Swifts, Portadown, Banbridge Rangers, and FC Mindwell. Over the course of his career, Hazley made more than 240 senior club appearances and was capped once at under-21 level for Northern Ireland.

Matthew Hazley
